Annual Fees

  • The annual Residents Association fee is currently $640 per residence and is to be paid by November 1st. This fee includes trash and yard waste pickup for the year.
  • Make your check made out to WWRA and mail to PO Box 436171, Louisville, KY 40253 or under the Members section the dues can be paid online.


Upkeep of your home and property

  • Willow Wood is a Deed Restricted community. Our rules and bylaws are available for your review on this site under the documents tab. We encourage you to become familiar with the deeds restrictions and to contact the Board of Directors HERE with question or concerns. 

Speed limit

  • All streets in Willow Wood have a 25 mph limit
  • Please watch your speed as children are playing, especially on the main streets


Events in our Subdivision

  • We have lots of fun at annual events in Willow Wood and we encourage all residents to contact your board to volunteer to help make our events as nice as possible. Our 4th of July celebration is our largest event. We are always open to new suggestions, especially for holiday events.

Common Areas/Picnic Tables 

  • Our 3.5+ aces of common areas are available for all residents to use
  • If you take food in the common areas, please take your trash (especially leftover food) home

Trash Pick Up and Recycling

  • Trash pick up is contracted by the Willow Wood Residents' Association and is billed with your annual assessments. 
  • Trash on Monday morning each week. Currently, yard waste is included in our contract with bimonthly on Monday afternoons. 
  • If you would like to add recycling please contact Waste Management 502-966-0117. This service fee is billed directly to individual homeowners by the provider. 
  • Large and/or bulky items (one item per week), such as stoves, hot water heaters, furniture, etc. placed at the curb will be collected on normal collection days, you can call Waste Management to schedule the pickups at no additional cost.

Snow removal

  • Snow removal and de-icing of our streets is part of the Landscape Maintenance contract. The HOA Board members monitor weather conditions and take all steps necessary make our roads as safe as is reasonability possible.
  • Please check this site and your email for updates.   

Safety

  • Call 574-7111 to report suspicious activity
  • Call Metro 311 to submit a concern such as cars parked in the wrong direction or blocking a driveway

Annual Meeting/Run for a Board Position

  • New residents are encouraged to attend the Annual HOA Residents Meeting which is typically in  September or October. Our Fiscal year ends on October 31. 
  • Please come to share any concerns, your positive experience, or stories about living in our wonderful neighborhood
  • Meeting date and time is posted on our website under Events tab
  • All members may run for board positions.
